Tsuifeng Muscatel

The town of Tsuifeng is in the heart of Taiwan’s central high altitude region, which ranks among the finest origins of the high mountain oolong teas in the world. This unique winter tea relies upon leafhopper predation common to all teas with potential for the ever-elusive “muscatel” flavor. This is a very small batch tea only made every two to three years and is as rare by quantity as it is by its strong fruity and floral aromatics.
