Description

Produced in partnership with our friend Yiming on the southeastern coast of Taiwan, this tea is one of the defining expressions of Inari.

Crafted using the Dah Yeh cultivar — more commonly used for oolong — this black tea undergoes a unique “Honey Aroma” process developed within the same coastal village where it is grown. Surrounded by pineapple and banana fields, the environment plays a direct role in shaping its character.

The liquor is bright and golden amber. Aromatically, it opens with tropical fruit and warm honey. On the palate, it is smooth and expansive, with notes of ripe pineapple, nectar sweetness, and a soft, rounded body that carries through a long, luminous finish.

Vibrant, modern, and deeply expressive, Seaside Honey is a tea we are particularly proud of — a meeting point between place, craft, and personal connection.
