Sourced from the inner Tongmuguan area of the Wuyi Mountains — the birthplace of smoked black tea — this reserve Bohea represents a more refined and carefully balanced expression of the traditional pine-smoked style.

Produced by the same farmer as our Tongmuguan Chigan, this tea undergoes a double smoking process using large pinewood fires. Rather than overwhelming the leaf, this extended method integrates the smoke deeply into the structure of the tea, creating a more harmonious and layered profile.

The liquor is deep amber with copper tones. Aromatically, it reveals elegant pine smoke, warm resin, and subtle dried fruit. On the palate, the texture is smooth and controlled, with notes of campfire, cocoa, and a gentle underlying sweetness that softens the intensity of the smoke.

Structured yet refined, this Tongmuguan Smoked Bohea is a more precise and elevated interpretation of a historic style — where technique and restraint define the experience.
