Description

This matcha is crafted for pure, traditional consumption, prepared with water only. It is not intended for lattes, sweetened drinks, or culinary use.

Sourced from first harvest leaves and produced in limited quantities, it reflects the highest standards of Japanese matcha: shaded cultivation, careful leaf selection, and slow stone grinding.

The plants are shaded for several weeks before harvest to enhance chlorophyll and amino acid concentration, particularly L-theanine. Only the youngest leaves are selected, steamed immediately after picking, then slowly ground into an exceptionally fine powder to preserve aroma, texture, and nutritional integrity.

The result is a deep jade green matcha with a silky texture and a balanced, umami-driven profile. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with gentle vegetal sweetness and no bitterness when properly prepared.

The finish is long, clean, and calming.

This is a matcha designed for focus, precision, and quiet enjoyment.
